Volleyball: Cooper Named Indiana Junior All-Star

Junior Kiersten Cooper was named to the 2017 Indiana Junior All-Star team and will compete this Sunday at Lawrence North High School. SELLERSBURG — Silver Creek won its 28th consecutive sectional title at home with a sweep of Charlestown. The Dragons continued the state’s third-longest sectional title streak with straight-set wins at every position. At the top doubles spot, Nate Eckert and Jack Hawkins picked up an impressive 6-0, 6-0 win over Aaron Meyer and Chase Wray.
