Volleyball: Rival Providence gets the best of Lady Dragons

SELLERSBURG — Providence ended Silver Creek’s season the last two years, and on Tuesday, the 5-time reigning semistate champions beat the host Dragons in three sets, 25-20, 25-18 and 25-15 on Tuesday. Needless to say, Silver Creek coach Jeff Zimmerman is thrilled that his team won’t have to see the Pioneers in the postseason again.
