RAMSEY — Senior guard Zane Gross tallied 20 points — to go over the 1,000-point mark for his career — in leading Class 3A No. 5 Silver Creek to an 84-40 Mid-Southern Conference win at North Harrison in boys’ basketball action Friday night.

Sophomore forward Trey Kaufman added 18 points and 12 rebounds while his classmate, Kooper Jacobi, tallied 12 for the Dragons, who led 25-8 at the end of the first quarter and 45-18 at halftime en route to the 44-point triumph.

Jack Hawkins added nine points while Ty Kessinger contributed 10 assists for Silver Creek (5-0, 3-0), which will host Columbus East at 7:30 p.m. tonight.
