Boys Soccer: Dragons Shutout C.A.I

SELLERSBURG — Silver Creek scored both goal in the second half of its 2-0 win over Christian Academy on Tuesday.

The Dragons (4-5-2) saw goals from Keaton Goss and Ethan Eckert in the last 40 minutes. Anmol Ghale assisted on Eckert’s tally.

“CAI had a good game plan against us,” Silver Creek coach Colin Bell said. “We were unsure how to attack and it gave us fits. We made the necessary adjustments to breakthrough at half. We controlled the ball and game well tonight. We have to keep the momentum rolling.”

The Dragons go to Scottsburg today, while the Warriors battle Rock Creek on Thursday.
